You are entering into an agreement for data recovery services with Data Recovery Guy LLC. You are entering this agreement because you own the media or you are authorized by the owner to request data recovery services.
You acknowledge that the media might not be recoverable.

Evaluation will typically take 24 to 48 hours but may take longer, express services are available. We do not need power cords, cables, PCs, laptops or external enclosures; they will be discarded and not returned. You understand that data recovery services are not guaranteed and could result in further damage.

You agree to hold Data Recovery Guy LLC, affiliates and associated service providers harmless not only for failure to retrieve data, but also any data recovery efforts that result in more damage. Some actions and recovery efforts taken by Data Recovery Guy LLC could cause damage that makes data recovery more difficult or even impossible for another data recovery service. If parts are needed you will be informed.

A $30 discount has already been applied to pricing so we can keep your storage device for parts. After 30 days of being notified of job completion any device still in our possession is considered abandoned and may be used for parts or discarded. You release us from any obligation of confidentiality and liability related to the device, media and data. Our recovery rate is for targeting your personal files and does not include program and system files or settings.

Once informed of job completion, storage fees of $20 per week apply after initial 2 weeks of storage. We do not offer refunds after a recovery has been delivered.

For Apple users with photo/video libraries we may only provide masters & originals, not derivatives or system data.
